What are the benefits of this plan?
Our plan includes a full roof inspection and minor preventative maintenance to help extend the life of your roof. Members receive a 5% discount on all roof-related repairs and replacements at the registered address, along with priority service scheduling.
Are the yearly plans refundable?
Due to the initial inspection and minor repairs provided after enrollment, refunds are not available once service has been performed. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Your plan will remain active for the remainder of the current term, and you will continue to receive all included benefits until the next billing cycle. Cancellations made prior to the initial inspection are eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
How soon is my inspection?
We typically schedule your initial inspection within 3–5 business days after payment is processed, depending on weather and availability. In many cases, Imperial Roofing will complete the inspection within 3 business days. Following the inspection, a detailed roof report along with photo documentation will be provided to you shortly after.
What happens if you find damage?
After your inspection, you will receive a detailed report outlining the condition of your roof. If we identify any areas that may require repair or replacement, we will provide you with a repair estimate automatically. There is no obligation to proceed with any additional work.
Does the plan include gutter cleaning?
Gutter cleaning is optional and can be added to your plan for more complete protection.
