Cancellation Policy
This yearly maintenance program automatically renews each year on the original signup date.
You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting our office prior to your renewal date.
- Before Inspection: If you cancel your plan before your scheduled inspection, a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee.
- After Inspection: If you cancel after your initial inspection has been completed, your plan will remain active through the current term, but you will not be billed for the following year. No refunds will be issued after the inspection has been performed.
